Simple, convenient banking

I opened an account nearly 10 years ago now with Metro Bank because of their locations in Central London, but the biggest reason was because of their opening hours. They are open throughout the weekend at all of their branches. Teamed with great customer service and you can't go wrong! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

My whole family followed

Best banking decision I ever made , I have recommended everyone I know ! My whole family a a good handful of friends have transferred accounts to metro . Printing bank cards on site is amazing , dog treats in store and staff that are happy and down to earth . The most approachable bank ever ! Always able to help

I’ve experienced a few issues with my banking including with online banking but metro have had my back every time. I’ve always been able to easily call their hotline and their team are always incredibly accommodating and helpful when it comes to resolving issues quickly. Going into a branch there is always somebody there to greet me and take me to whoever is available and able to help. Overall a very very good bank and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
