My whole family followed

Best banking decision I ever made , I have recommended everyone I know ! My whole family a a good handful of friends have transferred accounts to metro . Printing bank cards on site is amazing , dog treats in store and staff that are happy and down to earth . The most approachable bank ever ! Always able to help

I’ve experienced a few issues with my banking including with online banking but metro have had my back every time. I’ve always been able to easily call their hotline and their team are always incredibly accommodating and helpful when it comes to resolving issues quickly. Going into a branch there is always somebody there to greet me and take me to whoever is available and able to help. Overall a very very good bank and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! A bank that still has a branch open in my town - yes. A bank with great opening hours, even Saturday- yes A bank where you can speak to a cashier, not a computer- yes A bank where you don't have to shout through a screen- yes And.....my dog is welcome too Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

There's always someone to meet you at the door to guide you to the right person. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Metro bank give a great service with longer opening hours, cards printed onsite, knowledgeable & friendly staff. The managers are always available & ensure you are happy with the service you receive.
