Friendly staff ease of opening an account

Staff in wood green branch so friendly and helpful when opening my account. Got new card and no need to wait 3-5 days. I also used to like the change machine so easy. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Super service!

I tried to open a separate account with my “then” bank- difficult online and impossible in Branch! Came home and within 10 minutes of applying with Metro Bank my account was active. Customer services have been great. 10/10 and a big thumbs up! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great bank if you live in London, great if you travel in europe

Have banked with Metro for. Any years. Love that they have many branches that are open everyday and good hours. Love that I can use my card in Europe without cost. They only lose a point in my opinion in that the internet banking seems to not always work well...app is fine but not everyone wants an app. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
