The customer service was fantastic when I could get my app working ( I’m not the best with apps lol!!) Plus I love the opening hours. They are realistic for people that work!!! No more having to take time off to sort out banking! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great bank, no fuss

Opening a bank account for a normal working person that is busy during office hours is a real pain. Metro bank has longer opening hours, plus some branches work on Saturday as well. The people working in the bank don`t have their nose high and don`t look down on you like often it happens in other banks. Processes are less complicated than in any other bank where I have an account. I can only recommend them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
