Any time any day

Metro Bank goes above and beyond in being available, you need the service the most. Other banks suffer from this and usually are closed or understaffed when requiring counter services. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Easy, accessible and excellent customer service!

Metro is the most accessible bank to use. It is not only open 9-5, Monday to Friday, but also at times when people can actually visit a branch to solve any problems they may be having. Every problem I have had with Metro has been easy to solve and is solved by a wonderful team, who are kind and willing to go above and beyond. There is barely a waiting time, as they are well staffed, and all staff are incredibly knowledgeable. I could not recommend Metro highly enough. It's easy, accessible and friendly. By far the best bank to date
