I switched to metro bank a few years ago and had never experienced such stellar customer service. The 24/7 customer care and long in store opening hours are great for my flexible schedule too. No charges for use in Europe

A decent bank that does not charge for use in Europe. Also does not require you to have a DD or SO. No issues apart from trying to phone the bank since Covid. We need to move on and even myself as a historian keeps the bad practice in mind. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
