I was initially hesitant to join METRO as I hadn’t heard much about them. I can confidently say making the decision to use METRO was the best decision I could have made. Any issues I have had (faults of my own) have been dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. I have always been able to get through on the phone and get answers on the same day. I also feel that my money is much safer here as they are completely switched on when it comes to fraud and managed to know that my information was shared before anyone even managed to take any funds.
