Extremely helpful

Being able to pop into bank and get your card printed is just one of the great aspects of this bank, they also offer great customer service and are happy to answer any queries you have. Fantastic service and really speedy hold times when I need to speak with someone

Love Metro Bank and what they represent in a world where all banks are closing branches. If they could improve their lending offering such as loans and credit cards along with improving rates and and internet banking facilities they would be the best!!! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Service turned out to be terrible
