A great customer service, whenever i have a query, it really resolved by Metro bank staff effectively.

I called to Metro bank for my money hold. And i impressed by its service as Metro bank professional explain me that due to security check we hold that amount and after confirmation from me, amount shown into my account. Moreover, coin machine at Metro bank is really appreciated. I can easily convert coins into paper currency without any charge. Thank you Metro bank. May you flourish more.
