Amazing face to face customer service

Truly love that the bank allows face to face customer service, so many other banks are stopping this facility. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

no other bank compares

Staff are always friendly, professional and customer focused. Any issues are sorted out almost immediately and with a can do attitude. I've never had that service at Lloyd's or any other high street bank. This year I will move all my banking to Metrobank. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The staff at Metro Bank are so helpful

I buy crypto from various exchanges unfortunately my card was blocked and when I went to my local Metro Bank they explained that it was done just in case my account was fraudulently used I was actually so happy so it’s more of peace of mind that my account and details are safe.
