They answer calls very quick, never been in a huge queue. The customer service is very helpful and it’s one of few banks that doesn’t stop Apple Pay when you’ve spent too much. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Absolutely amazing staff

It’s an amazing bank, with great staff and the card itself is very good and I hardly have any problems with it and when I do I can get a new debit card for free in store on the same day, which is fantastic. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
