Efficient and great service

Metro bank is to me the most straightforward and efficient bank provider. They don’t over complicate things and make it easy and simple to open an account with them. The go with time and are well aware of the needs of their customers. When you enter a metro bank your issue is taken serious and they offer a quick and efficient customer service. The staff is very friendly and very professional. There is no other bank that has opening times like Metro. They give you a feeling that no issue is a real issue that can not be sorted out quickly by reaching out to them. You go in and come out with a pleasant solution. I have gone to to other banks many times and was not able to be given an instant satisfying solution, but was told to come again another day to another brunch, therefore wasting time and money travelling there also. Whereas at Metro I complete everything in one go and feel assure that if I make my way to the branch I will go out satisfied with a solution. I have no issue or complain to raise against Metro bank overall very satisfied and only recommend it to anyone. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
