I have changed my bank since 6-7 years now, and I am very happy with the service. I have suggested it to 3 friends when they were switching accounts, and they are very happy with it. Modern, good customer service, straightforward

I like the branches, so friendly, bright and welcoming. Internet banking easy and straightforward on the occasions I have had to ring, the lines are answered much more promptly than any other businesses or banks I ring and always very easy. The one occasion was victim to fraud it was identified immediately and i was contacted and it was sorted out straight away. Reviewed on: 10th April 2021

Go the extra mile

On occasion, I've needed to do some urgent banking in early evening hours or bank holidays. Only Metro bank can help. On two of those occasions, they were urgent and time-sensitive, so I'm much obliged to Metro. Reviewed on: 10th April 2021

MetroBank is efficient, effective and customer focused

From the word go, Metrobank has lived up to its reputation as a better way to bank. Staff appreciate my needs rather than trying to tell me that I can't do something because it is not in their system.
