From the word go, Metrobank has lived up to its reputation as a better way to bank. Staff appreciate my needs rather than trying to tell me that I can't do something because it is not in their system. I have only been with Metro for two years and I find them extremely attentive to their customers needs. I have banked with many U.K. banks before and find Metro to have been more up to date with the way they do things. They have always dealt with any issues I have had with card disputes etc in a very swift manner. I will always recommend this bank due to the way they fully understand their customer. Internet banking

I've been with Metro Bank for 10+ years, but it's the first time I've plucked up the courage to use internet Banking! I love the feature where Metro Bank sends you the text when moving money also although it's early days for me, maybe at random they call aswell just top make sure the transaction is genuine. Also love the fact that a dinosaur like myself was talked through step by step to set-up online banking and did it successfully! The interface is user friendly. I'll truly know how good it is in few weeks time or maybe I'll just go back to calling them, there great at that, lightning response ALWAYS, hence for 10+ years never needed to set online banking Reviewed on: 10th April 2021
