So glad a joined the revolution!!

Wow, what a refreshing was of banking! The app is so easy to use which is important in modern day banking. It even allows you to save or send confirmation when you have transferred money. The staff if you need to speak to them either in branch or in call centre are soo help. They actually listen to you rather than think they know better. A lot of the other big banks could learn from this. Reviewed on: 27th March 2021

I’ve been banking with metro for five years and cannot rate there services enough. No problem is to big or small and they resolve all issues in a timely manner. Over the phone and in store, response time is quick and efficient. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Used metro bank for years - the BEST customer service, ease of use and dog friendly - what's not to love!? I feel you cater to the people who need it and it's very much a bank for everyone.
