couldnt be better

EVERY query i ask, it is answered very clearly, the staff in branch are so so friendly and helpfull, very relaxed in branches, great security for internet banking or tranferring money, i cant praise them enough, been with you now for 11 years and damm proud to bank with YOU Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Great online banking and app.

Great bank, online banking, and app. Downside for me is there isn't a branch local, wish there would be more branches across the UK, however online banking so easy very little need for branch. Telephone agents always helpful, some processes overlong like chargeback requests, requiring calling and emailing in multiple times. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

A good highstreet bank

At a time when many banks are closing their highstreet banks, it's refreshing that Metro Bank are still committed to providing a presence on the highstreet. Their opening hours are designed for convenience to the customer, not the bank. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

An amazing bank

I like the bank I am currently with, whenever I had trouble with my current account I know that I can go to my bank or call and they will help me without complications. They are clear with their instructions and everyone is polite. They treat me with respect and I especially like how they were available until 7 so that when I was working I wasn’t worried that the bank would be closed when I finished. So good the kids have an account

Teenagers growing up need to be exposed to the Banking system, signing up my 3 children so that they had their own accounts was simple. I have the added security of oversight so I can see how they are coping. Excellent, and they made the kids feel important too Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
