Great bank always helpful and available

I had bank accounts with major banks in UK and mortgage still with other lender. Met o Basildon have the most genuine and nicest staff amazing service on call 24 hours and great online help. I've already recommended 5 customers that have opened accounts and will continue too. my eldest child banks there now and my three youngest will definitely open accounts . Great Bank Secure & Excllent Customer Service

I am really happy and grateful that I opened an account with Metro as I wanted to investigate new banks as was fed up with the main high street banks I wanted an alternative to HSBC although there is no local branch I am able to solve most porblems I have with a phone call which is actually more convienent than walking into a branch it's a very secure bank as you need a lot of codes to access online banking and you can only change information on your account by calling the customer service line which I had to do a few times during the past year that I have been with the bank overall I am really satisfied and will be opening a business account with them later this year.
