Mobile app

Mobile app is useless, does not work at all have tried all sorts of things even tried different mobiles , still does not work . Reviewed on: 21st March 2021

Great Customer Service!

I've been part of the Metro Bank family for nearly 8 years and my experience has been excellent; whether in-store, online or over the phone. I rarely have to wait for someone to speak to someone, issues are resolved very quickly, bank cards can be printed almost instantly in-store. I would recommend Metro to anyone, and often do!
