No cash from Post offices!

Lovely to be able to visit a bank any day in the week. Shame that they do not allow you to get cash from a post office nor are they part of the Confirmation of Payee scheme Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

The best banking experience I've received.

Opened this account when Metro first opened, and have never had a bad experience: both online and in any of the branches I've visited. No matter what the query, they have been so helpful... I also love having my bank card printed in the branch and not have to wait for it to be delivered. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

Rare customer service

Opened an account with Metro as my current bank has closed many branches and reduced services. So far very happy with the service, staff pleasant and helpful at Metro bank. Short waiting times and can speak to a cashier instead of using a machine. Also they are open on weekends which is a big bonus. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

Easy to use bank in bank or online

I use Metro bank quite a lot for online banking, i find the Metro App very easy to use, nothing is complicated, it is easy to transfer money from one account to another or a payee, so i would highly reccomend them. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021
