Always amazing

I was recommended to open an account here after I had an issue with my usual bank which left me without a bank card for 2 weeks or near a bank to get cash. I was a crying hideous mess, it was 7pm and the guts in the branch were stellar! They gave me coffee, calmed me down and eventually opened an account for me! More recently I upgraded my account and again despite the pandemic the branch were super. Always personable, always polite and I never feel like I'm in the way or a problem or anything is too much. I do with they gave cat treats too though as well as dog ones!!! Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

Not only a current account

I've been banking with metro bank for 3 years now. I have to say I'm very happy with my current account. Not only do I have the standard features but I can use the card in europe for free and have a new card printed on the spot in the bank. The mobile app is very useful It breaks down all my spending into categories helping me budget and save. I can even apply for a savings account or loan through the app. The main reason it's a great card is the service that comes along with an account at Metro Bank. I benefit from walk in appointments and trained professionals delivering great customer service. I'll recommend this bank to anyone!! Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

Only ever had one issue abs it was technical

The staff are amazing in the branch. Friendly and polite. The only issue I ever had was when I couldn’t access online banking and that’s a technical issue. The staff over the phone were so helpful however and got me back on track to accessing my banking. In general the app is easy to use, great security and I love the ease of creating a new payee with great security but no complications. Staff over the phone are always polite and give great customer service. They always ask if they can help with anything else too. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021
