Easy to use bank in bank or online

I use Metro bank quite a lot for online banking, i find the Metro App very easy to use, nothing is complicated, it is easy to transfer money from one account to another or a payee, so i would highly reccomend them. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

Simple, friendly, helpful, easy access banking

I love the way I'm greeted in the bank & engaged in conversation by the staff. Love the fact that they have a customer loo, encourage children to save, oh, & have dog biscuits!!! Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

Always amazing

I was recommended to open an account here after I had an issue with my usual bank which left me without a bank card for 2 weeks or near a bank to get cash. I was a crying hideous mess, it was 7pm and the guts in the branch were stellar! They gave me coffee, calmed me down and eventually opened an account for me! More recently I upgraded my account and again despite the pandemic the branch were super. Always personable, always polite and I never feel like I'm in the way or a problem or anything is too much. Great customer service, accessibility

Not only a current account

I've been banking with metro bank for 3 years now. I have to say I'm very happy with my current account. Not only do I have the standard features but I can use the card in europe for free and have a new card printed on the spot in the bank. The mobile app is very useful It breaks down all my spending into categories helping me budget and save. I can even apply for a savings account or loan through the app. The main reason it's a great card is the service that comes along with an account at Metro Bank. I benefit from walk in appointments and trained professionals delivering great customer service. I'll recommend this bank to anyone!! Reviewed on: 20th March 2021
