Not only a current account

I've been banking with metro bank for 3 years now. I have to say I'm very happy with my current account. Not only do I have the standard features but I can use the card in europe for free and have a new card printed on the spot in the bank. The mobile app is very useful It breaks down all my spending into categories helping me budget and save. I can even apply for a savings account or loan through the app. The main reason it's a great card is the service that comes along with an account at Metro Bank. I benefit from walk in appointments and trained professionals delivering great customer service. I'll recommend this bank to anyone!! Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

Only ever had one issue abs it was technical

The staff are amazing in the branch. Friendly and polite. The only issue I ever had was when I couldn’t access online banking and that’s a technical issue. The staff over the phone were so helpful however and got me back on track to accessing my banking. In general the app is easy to use, great security and I love the ease of creating a new payee with great security but no complications. Staff over the phone are always polite and give great customer service. They always ask if they can help with anything else too. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

While I have been doing my banking and online banking with metro bank their customer service has always been great very polite very professional and I have never had a problem with them in the last few years plus I would definitely recommend metro bank to my friends and family I trust metro bank 100% and they have never let me down they have brilliant staff as well working in their banks Reviewed on: 19th March 2021

Why I really like Metro bank? 1. Metro Bank Has very nice workers/ bankers. 2. Metro Bank Is animals friendly 3. Convinient opening hours. 4. Bank card easy and convinient to use abroad. 5.There are enough workers working in many brunches and there are not long waiting time to be served. 6. The app is so easy to use, every time I have gone in to a store they have been so friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone, I have not banked with anyone as good as metro before, always feel welcome in their banks and the customer service is brilliant over the phone as well Reviewed on: 19th March 2021
