I just love them . Always there - always reliable & friendly

I've got a community group bank account and a personal account with Metro and I have never had an issue, in fact they've always exceeded expectations. They go above and beyond, treat you like a customer rather than a number, open for customer convenience at hours that suits businesses and people's busy lifestyles.Nothing has ever been too much trouble and when setting up the community account, I felt that they truly cared about what we do in our local community and supported us all the way. From sweets for kids and water bowls for people's dogs, to safety deposit boxes that are amazing - they think of everything. A bank that truly cares!!! Reviewed on: 17th March 2021

Simple and accessible

Banking with MetroBank has always been quick and easy. Knowing that I can fix any issues with a lost or stolen card with minimal inconvenience, as well as being able to bank in store or over the phone seven days a week is a huge relief. Reviewed on: 17th March 2021

Most efficient service I have ever come across!!

Banking with Metro is by far the best experience I have had compared to other banks. It is so easy and stress free, within minutes an account is created, with a working app and can be used straight away. Just love it, wouldn't bank with anyone else, ever! Thank You Metro for always being reliable and open longer than other banks. It's just what I need and am so pleased with the amazing level of friendly service! Couldn't ask for more! Amazing customer service, very high-class banking & innovative product range

I have been banking in the UK for almost a decade. No other banks, in my view I believe, could beat the Metro Bank in terms of customer service, quality banking and creative products. I have had financial relations with Barclays, Halifax and other institutions over the past years. Excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They were quick to sort my dispute when unauthorised funds disappeared from my account. The staff are kind and considerate to needs. Account has fast service

One day I was walking before the covid issue and I saw for the first time Metro bank with is glass window and big doors made of visiable glass. open space bank building new and breast etc , not far from the toy store plus shop likes boots on same row area will highlight this new bank store plus may I add mc Donald's cheese burger & fish fillet meal not so far also from the banks , add Pizza hut biggest busy store with car park adding customers at bank. Current account are oldest and always going to be debit card best way of adding a fast paying service to apple smart watches to services. Reviewed on: 16th March 2021
