Great Service and Easy to use

Really easy to use bank both online and in store, particually the be able to print a card there and then, This once was a lifesaver as I had lost my card and was unable to get home, so i was able to ask for a new card and after 5 minutes i was able to get back on the bus using my contactless, this simple thing really made banking so much easier and accessible Reviewed on: 17th March 2021

There's nothing more to add to show the greatness of Matro Bank. It's simply the BEST! Customer Service, always so incredibly helpful, security checks always so prompt, so accurate, just for your safety. It's been years since I use Metro Bank and I had absolutely no bad incidents.
