Great banking experience

Love Metro Bank, I've never had a bad experience with them. When I was younger I greatly enjoyed the schemes to make the banks more kid and dog friendly - free lollipops, dog treats, pens, M shaped money box, and best of all the coin counting machines! I would recommend anyone 21 or under to get a Young Savers account, which has a great interest rate (although they have made it less generous recently!) I was also able to get my first credit card with Metro bank and it was very easy, while other places declined me for having no credit history. Every time I've visited a store the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 17th March 2021

Great Service and Easy to use

Really easy to use bank both online and in store, particually the be able to print a card there and then, This once was a lifesaver as I had lost my card and was unable to get home, so i was able to ask for a new card and after 5 minutes i was able to get back on the bus using my contactless, this simple thing really made banking so much easier and accessible Reviewed on: 17th March 2021
