Honestly just such a better banking experience with Metro than any of the others. Staff they have hired in my local branch are wonderfully helpful. Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

Customer service

I was on the bank to open a account, and the service has very bad. He tell me my proof of address are not correct and say I must take on more. On the next day I go there and he said total different... he said all proof is not correct and he has no respect with me. Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

First name terms

Love the fact that someone greets me, they call me by my name, and I think my local branch even recognise me. With mask or without! And if I've got a bit more than a straightforward counter transaction, they're trying to force coffee down. This is what customer service should be, personal, friendly, and me front and centre. Straight forward

I opened up my current randomly on a day out at 8 months pregnant. They were so lovely and it was refreshing to walk out the bank with all my confirmation details and my bank card. I also need to mention that I once lost my card I walked into my local branch and I was sorted within 15minutes which I think is incredibly awesome. Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

Metro bank is a very good bank to go with if u have any problems u can call them
