Great bank very helpful and easy to set up account with!!!

Went in to open a current account to pay for my direct debits was seen by a member of staff and in less than 30 mins it was sorted. Great service would HIGHLY recommend!!! Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Best bank for ‘man on street’. Longer opening hours, affordable safety deposit boxes, DOGS WELCOME! Helpful staff, cards issued on the spot. Account opened on the spot. Daughter worked for you is how I moved over. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

The rest of the UK banks need to wake up and catch up with Metro Bank!! Open 7 days a week, and long hours, provides the flexibility for me to fit my bank around my life... not fit my life around my bank which the vast majority of UK banks demand. Added to this convenience is the super-friendly branch set-up; smiling knowledgeable staff, in clean, modern, and open premises. Top marks from me once again!!! Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
