Convenient and Friendly

The rest of the UK banks need to wake up and catch up with Metro Bank!! Open 7 days a week, and long hours, provides the flexibility for me to fit my bank around my life... not fit my life around my bank which the vast majority of UK banks demand. easy proffessional bank

Everything about this bank is easy and professional. They have have thought about everything that a bank should offer and make it easy for customers, down to if you lose your card, you can get one printed instore, not wait a week like other banks. They can identify you at the counter as they take a picture of you when you open account, which is more secure. Always very professional and helpful. Excellent Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
