Super easy to use and great functionality

It's a great bank for small business. The App is extremely user-friendly and I especially like the fact it works as well on desktop browser as in the app (unlike some other banks). Functions like categorising payments and adding receipts in the app are great, especially as the transfer seamlessly to my accounting software (FreeAgent). Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

The interface is excellent and easy to navigate.

The interface is excellent and easy to navigate. Since utilising Mettle I have been able to organise my accounts much more efficiently, which has helped me budget and plan accordingly to help my business grow. The one small issue I have, is if I need to remove money from my pots, I have to move it to my main account first before sending it on its way. I would ideally like the option to send money directly from the pot. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
