First experience with business and couldn't have gone smoother. Every time i have needed support the customer service has been instant. Bonus is the included freeagent software. The only slight issue is paying in cheques however luckily that doesnt happen too often now. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

Mettle since 2021

I have been using Mettle since 2021, and I have been consistently impressed with their service. Whenever I encountered an issue, their team responded quickly and provided effective support. I have never experienced any disruptions in my business operations—in fact, their efficiency has helped streamline my processes even further. The only improvement I would suggest is the availability of an IBAN number. Aside from that, I am extremely satisfied with Mettle and would highly recommend their services. Mettle banking - great choice!

I have found using Mettle for my business account to be really easy and clear. The online banking is user friendly. I love how there are different savings pots an automatic transfers to my pots helping me to set aside money for different things such as tax, pension etc. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
