Great business banking app. Easy to navigate and save invoices to. And the free link into FreeAgent has been light bulb moment for my admin and accounts. Thanks Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

Mettle have been fantastic… I used to pay for FreeAgent but now it’s included as a free perk. Customer service is spot on too, I changed the name of my business and it was a simple process with Mettle, staff were thorough but helpful. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

I'd recommend Mettle without hesitation.

As a small business (of 1!), I wanted banking that was easy, inexpensive, and integrated with accountancy software. Mettle ticks all of these boxes. Customer services have been quick to deal with any issues encountered, I don't pay monthly or annual fees for the account, issue my invoices through the app, and have tax/VAT money move directly into a savings pot to accrue interest every time an invoice is paid. I'd recommend Mettle without hesitation. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

Slick app and great value

Great value for money. Interface is really slick. Really like the function that allows you to auto-divert a percentage of all revenue into corp tax and vat pots. Free Agent also a massive bonus. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

It is a no frills offering which is what I require.

It is a no frills offering which is what I require. The only small grumble is Mettle doesn’t accept/make Swift payments which was a bit surprising given it is part of NatWest. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026
