i am so glad i found Mettle, I wouldn't go anywhere else, its a great app all my expenses and invoices all in one place and i cant believe its free. the app is really easy to use and very straight forward, the mettle bank is partnered with freeagent which is a god send especially when the self assessment comes up! if I had any questions or queries there is a chat helpline one click away and I have never had to wait long for them to answer and they are so quick to help. honestly its great to have everything that i need for my business all in one place! I find the app simple and easy to use

I find the app simple and easy to use. I had some suspicious transactions on my account which I alerted Mettle about straight away. They put a stop on the transactions and refunded the payments whilst they investigated. They also put a stop on my card and issued a new one straight away. I have always had great customer service whenever I have needed to contact them and cant recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 20th February 2026

Gotta be Mettle for me

I've been using Mettle as my business bank account now for a good while - as a self employed barber, its important to have all inbound and outbound transactions categorised, noted, and sorted. Being able to do so on the app makes my life a breeze, as well as having the tax pots automatically set aside money, meaning theres no stress for the self-assessment period! :D Reviewed on: 20th February 2026

Thanks to Mettle it makes running my business so easy! I can connect it to my preferred accounting software and I don't need to spend hours doing all the admin. I am on the road all the time so it's easy to do through the app. Very easy to navigate and you have support 24/7, with speedy replies without having to wait hours on queues. I had a great experience since first setting up the account until today, 2 years later. Costumer service have always been helpful and the app and website interface are great to work with.
