Cannot complain really about anything. A few teething problems with the invoicing system a couple of years back but otherwise excellent. Always a quick response to questions or if I have an issue. I like the informal approach to customer service. I'd give 5 stars but theres always something that could be better with all businesses, and I wont be a part of this 'give me 5 stars or don't bother' culture that's grown around internet reviews. I absolutely love mettle, as a bank I use myself and recommend to all my client. It is super easy to set up and use the app. It has an amazing pots feature that really helps to prepare yourself for tax liabilities> its great you can attached and upload receipts to the app and most of all that you can use Freeagent for free with an account. 10/10 from me thanks Mettle!
