As a recent business owner, its been great to easily set up an account and get help through the free admin software they supply through FreeAgent. I Highly Recommend Mettle Banking

It's been very easy and practical to use. The phone app, the online service is all 1st class. The invoice system is really user friendly. Linking payments to invoices and to account balance/transactions is simple. Any issues I had when I first started using Mettle, the online messaging service always resolved them for me. I would highly recommended any first time self employed business starter to use Mettle Banking. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

I've been with Mettle for a few years now when I decided to open a business account. Everything is super easy to use. I love the fact that I can add money into pots each time I receive some money. Plus as I'm dyslexic, I love the fact that when adding a new payee, it confirms for me that I have put the right details. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

My experience so far has been great, the user experience and system has been really easy to navigate which is needed when running a business and time is limited. I have not had any issues yet that has required me to contact customer services, which I think is a good thing as it proves that everything works well. I have had one expeirence needing to speak with Customer Services and they responded quickly and dealt with the matter. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
