I have only used online version of Mettle.

I have only used online version of Mettle. I haven’t had any need to contact Customer Service services but it’s fast and easy to use and linking with FreeAgent really helped me manage my business account. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

I chose Mettle as it was the best value business bank account and gave me Free Agent Software so I can prepare for making tax digital. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

Great for sole trader

Fantastic service, supports me in my sole trader business perfectly with ability to have saving pots and easily move money around. Acted quickly when I reported fraud too. I cannot fault Mettle. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026
