Straightforward business banking for sole trader

Straightforward interface. I like the invoice feature and the free access to Freeagent. Have not used the account long but no issues so far. Only improvement I would recommend is to be able to discount invoices by a £ amount rather than just a percentage. Looking forward to this account making my next tax return so much simpler. I have been a Mettle customer for a few years now and believe it is an amazing banking solution. The platform is incredibly easy to use and well-supported; in all my time using the service, I have never encountered a single issue. I particularly want to commend the team on the account upgrades in early 2025. The transition was managed exceptionally well and completed without a hitch. Whenever I have contacted Mettle for information or advice, the service has consistently been excellent. While I have not yet had a technical problem to report, I am confident that should one arise, it will be handled with the same professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer support that defines the Mettle product.
