Great service overall

I had a great experience since first setting up the account until today, 2 years later. Costumer service have always been helpful and the app and website interface are great to work with. Additionally it as a plus to get access to FreeAgent which has helped me and my business massiveley. Reviewed on: 20th February 2026

I absolutely love Mettle - it is so straightforward and simple to use. The invoicing element makes everything so much quicker too - I have sent this to lots of friends who are also self-employed to make sure they sign up too! Reviewed on: 20th February 2026

I can't fault Mettle: Business Banking in the slightest. Banking made simple but effective with their app and exceptional customer service too. I recommend Mettle all the time. I mainly like how you can deposit money into a Post Office with a code via the app rather than using your card which is great if you don't have it on your person. 10/10.
