I have been having account with mettle since 2021 and have had no issues whatsoever with them. Their technical support is excellent, with quick response and resolution. Very few, mainly minor issues but no mayor problems ever. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Very user friendly

Easy to set up and I find the ‘pots’ a great way to put money aside. All in all Mettle is very user friendly especially when linked to FreeAgent account software. I set the account up to help with ‘making tax digital’ and have found the whole experience very easy. I have already recommended Mettle to a friend , he loves it too and we both received £50 referral which is great. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
