The app is very easy and reliable to use.

The app is very easy and reliable to use. When I’ve had technical issues the online chat with customer support without bots has been greatly appreciated and always resolved easily and quickly. It’s easy to save and manage my money with pots which I earn interest on. I can also run reports for my year end and easily match off my receipts to invoices. It saves me time and money! Great for small businesses

I joined this bank for my small business last year, I find the app and tools really useful. The only thing that would improve this more might be a short video to explain the usage and all the features. The added bonus of having FreeAgent access is welcome. Mettle is the most professional business banking plus the best customer service I've ever experienced. Their banking App is flawless, joy to use and easy to navigate.
