I usually don't have to get in touch, which is a sign of a good app, but when my account was compromised, Mettle was brilliant. They handled everything quickly and sent my new card right away. Really impressed with the speed of help. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

I've been using mettle for my business since day one, It started as a way to access Free agent, but it turned into realizing the immense amount of features the bank has to offer.
