Excellent Service - 10/10!

Set up very quickly when I formed the LTD a few years back. Free banking and even free accounting with FreeAgent! Excellent responsive customer service that has helped me with changes to address and even locating troublesome payments. The only thing to consider is they don't offer lending so you'd have to find another lender but the day to day banking is done so well this doesn't matter to me! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Having banked with mettle for a number of years now, I only have positive things to share. As a bank, they keep things as simple as can be, making it easy for me to manage as a small business owner.
