Top notch customer support

Customer support is very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Very secure banking that allows me to easily see if a payment is being attempted that I didn't authourise. I did have a situation where my card was compromised just before Christmas and getting my replacement card was swift and easy that it didn't interupt what I needed to do. Plus the addition of having freeagent with my banking allows me to keep on top of my business accounts without having a costly monthly subscription. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

I don't write reviews much but I made an exception. I think that Mettle offers incredible value with its business account. It brought clarity and organisation into my finances and free Free Agent app with it is just amazing. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Love the ease of set up.

Setting up a business account was so straight forward and I love the integration with Freeagent. This made it easy to set up and manage my business practice. The only draw back has been some clients are not aware of Mettle and worry about it not being real bank. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Brilliant business account

I opened my account when I started my self employed business almost two years ago and it has been brilliant from the start. All my questions are always answered promptly and efficiently. It is really easy to navigate and I love the pots feature. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
