Great customer service

Always quick to tell us in advance of any potential issues - customer service team are always knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with - I feel valued as a customer. Good to talk to humans instead of an AI bot. I do business with international clients and it was an inconvenience when they stopped accepting international payments. Has an easy to use app with good functionality

I can't provide a rating for customer service as I have never needed to use this. Mettle as an app is easy to use, and I like having the ability to categorise the transactions. As I am only starting out in this business I haven't had to use the full functionality that is available but appreciate that there is more that I could be using. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Mettle banking - business banking is very easy

Mettle banking is very easy to use and we get quick customer help whenever u get stuck. Response time is unmatchable and have lot of different features where we can allocate money for different business purpose. Tags are very useful and calculate for final statement . I use mettle for last 4 years and there was a time mettle has to switch and it went smooth . Customer service helped with my queries and feel good factor all the time . Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

A must for self employed.

A must for self employed. Having sold a business and setup as a consultant, Mettle and FreeAgent have been fundamental in being able to set everything up and run my self employed business to the same standard I ran a 14 person business with staff.
