The banks app is very easy to use, gives you a clear picture of your finances in real time. Wish the bank had been around years before when i was building up the business. Also having the avalibility of Freeagent is a bonus. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Mettle business bank account-highly recommend

I have the free version which is great. As long as I have 1 transaction per month. This is the only business account that offers this. Most other free business bank accounts start to charge after so long. Customer service have been very helpful and prompt to answer queries. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Always quick to tell us in advance of any potential issues - customer service team are always knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with - I feel valued as a customer. Good to talk to humans instead of an AI bot. I do business with international clients and it was an inconvenience when they stopped accepting international payments. Has an easy to use app with good functionality

I can't provide a rating for customer service as I have never needed to use this. Mettle as an app is easy to use, and I like having the ability to categorise the transactions. As I am only starting out in this business I haven't had to use the full functionality that is available but appreciate that there is more that I could be using. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
