I've been using Mettle for my business banking for over two years now, and it's been a great experience from the start. One of the biggest positives for me is that there are no fees, which is a huge plus for small business owners trying to keep costs down. The app is really intuitive and easy to use, making day-to-day banking tasks quick and stress-free. Whether it's sending invoices, checking balances, or managing transactions, everything just works smoothly. What really stands out is the excellent customer support. Mettle has been intuitive and easy to use from the very start, with book keeping prompts, photo receipt facilities and access to freeagent etc and with the recent upgrade of mettle I'm am very tempted to do the paid subscription to manage more of my services like quoting etc. absolutely perfect from start to finish and feels very secure Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025

It’s a game-changer for bookkeeping, making tax calculations, invoicing, and expense tracking so much easier—without any extra cost. The seamless integration with Mettle means everything stays up to date automatically. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful, and the sign-up process was quick and hassle-free. The only slight drawback is that Mettle doesn’t support cash deposits, which might not suit every business. But for digital-first businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs, it’s an excellent banking solution with no monthly fees. Best switch I ever did.
