Customer service is absolutely brilliant.

Customer service is absolutely brilliant. Quick and always helpful responses via the app, so help is always easy to access. I would improve the banking experience by allowing paying in of cash to PayPoint terminals again, as the requirement to only use Post Offices is frustrating. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
