Mettle are a fantastic breath of fresh air when it comes to business banking. They’re quick to get in touch with, issues (which are very rare) are dealt with quickly and efficiently. There are no banking charges, which, for such a small company as mine, is a massive benefit. Their app is easy to use and does everything I need it to. I am a huge fan and am so glad they were recommended to me when I was struggling with the inflexibility and hefty fees of one of the big, supposedly ethical, banks. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Excellent, for an online banking solution for business you feel cared for and treated as an individual. Customer service is perfect, they keep one person looking at your issue as long as that issue is current. Proactive on your transactions, especially if not your normal trend and it’s free to use.
