Easy life

It has just made life a lot simpler since I moved to mettle, recording receipts and sending invoices who’s payments are then matched. Happy days Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

I use mettle for my business banking.

I use mettle for my business banking. it is free and the app is super easy to use. we have the option to separate sums into pots to keep VAT seperate form the balance. Any transactions are notified on my phone so thats great from a security perspective. There was a bit of a nuisance when they changed type of bank last year but that's the only issue we have ever had. Never had any need to contact customer services as the app works perfectly fine for us. would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Really simple and easy to use

Mettle is super easy to use and perfect for business owners, sole traders - no more than what's needed which makes things very simple when you've got a million other things to think about! The integration with FreeAgent is seamless too. Love it! Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Fantastic for sole traders

I opened a mettle account after starting my small sole trader business. Initially I was using a high street bank who wanted to charge me business rates. Being a small independent sole trader these fees weren't fair and made my hard work almost not worth it. I heard of mettle and switched. I benefit greatly from their access to freeagent accounting software. No fees and sooo easy to use. Never had any issues with them. I can pay in cash transactions easily without need of going into a town. Mettle is easily laid out and simple to use, I have recommended many friends and other sole traders to open mettle accounts, each one has also been very impressed with the level of service. Webchat has always worked fine and any downtime is notified with plenty of time to plan ahead but has never affected me. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Mettle is a very trusted Banking that provides excellent support to small businesses like mine. Mettle provides great customer service at the figer tip literally, messages or questions set in the drop box are responded to speedily. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
