A brilliant account for managing my small business income and outgoings. No fees! Great user interface on the app and fabulous customer service. I recommend this account countless times a day to small business owners because I love it. It has made becoming self employed much easier and less stressful because I know my money is being managed accurately. Brilliant that it has access to FreeAgent for tax return info and the ability to add receipts and categorise payments. 100% the best business account currently on the market. My account was easy and quick to set up with the correct documentation. I get regular updates on my finances and can access statements easily. The app is easy to navigate. The idea of free accountancy software is a brilliant idea for when I'm in a position to use it. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

I have been enjoying the use of Mettle for several years now and have convinced clients to switch to make life easier for all of us. I run a bookkeeping practice and I can get bank feeds into FreeAgent, which is also free to us Mettlers. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Since using Mettle, I have effectively been able to set aside money automatically for tax. This has been a massive help for me as a small business. I also have other pots set up and set aside 20% of my income every month. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
