From the start I have really valued the easy to use Mettle app for my business account. The saving pots are helpful for keeping tax funds seperate from my main account. When there has been an issue, the chat facility is responsive and helpful. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Mettle is genuinely one of the best banks I’ve had

Mettle is genuinely one of the best banks I’ve had , whenever I’ve had any issues financially or needed support about anything they have always been patient , empathetic, helpful and the definition of an outstanding bank with the amount of support they provide their customers , the app is very easy to use aswell and I love the fact you can have incoming transactions automatically have a portion go to your savings pot , for a new bank they really smashed it and every day I am grateful I chose to bank with them for my business.
