My account was easy and quick to set up with the correct documentation. I get regular updates on my finances and can access statements easily. The app is easy to navigate. The idea of free accountancy software is a brilliant idea for when I'm in a position to use it. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

No brainer for accountancy practices and clients

I have been enjoying the use of Mettle for several years now and have convinced clients to switch to make life easier for all of us. I run a bookkeeping practice and I can get bank feeds into FreeAgent, which is also free to us Mettlers. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Since using Mettle, I have effectively been able to set aside money automatically for tax. This has been a massive help for me as a small business. I also have other pots set up and set aside 20% of my income every month. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

From the start I have really valued the easy to use Mettle app for my business account. The saving pots are helpful for keeping tax funds seperate from my main account. When there has been an issue, the chat facility is responsive and helpful. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
