A happy and content customer . No complaints

Not needed to contact customer services . But not had an issues . The business bank is free and had no concerns or issues . Love the pots where I can slowly save for expenses like medical insurance and tax . Been happy with the service I have and all associated with it and have no desire to leave or complaints . Mainstream Banks - never again

After having numerous major issues with the big banks, Mettle provided us with a working bank account without any hassle, easy to set up. Completely workable through the App. They even have it linked to categories so you can categorise your income and outgoings - how good is that. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

I started my own business 2 years ago, and found the process with Mettle very very easy. They were very supportive and any time I had a question/ send an email I would get a very quick response (if not immediate).The App is also very user friendly, so will definetly recommend it.
