I’ve been using the Metal account from NatWest and overall it’s been a really good experience. The service feels like a clear step up from a standard account, with useful extras that actually add value rather than just looking good on paper. The app is easy to use, everything is straightforward to manage, and the added benefits make day-to-day banking a bit smoother. It feels more premium without being complicated, which is exactly what you want.
